NOTICE FOR ADMISSION PATIENT (ENGLISH VERSION)
1. Ebenezer Medical Center wishes all the patients to fully recover and get discharge from the Hospital
and to serve all the patients with our utmost care is our duty while staying in the Hospital.
2. Visitors & Visiting hours - Due to the covid pandemic, visitors are not allowed in the Hospital.
1 attendant for General ward & semi cabin patients and 2 attendants for cabin patients are allowed during this period.
3. Use of Mask and Hand Sanitizer are mandatory within the Hospital and the Hospital compound.
4. Hospital Billing Services :
> Security Deposits is required at the time of admission or within 24 hours from the time of admission.
For Medicine,Gynae,Paeditrics and NICU patients ₹ 10,000/- should be deposited and ₹ 20,000/- for
Surgery and ICU patients.
> Hospital RUNNING BILL should be given after every 2 days and the amount will be updated from the Hospital
Account Section. In case the advance amount is more than the final bill, the patient party will be refunded at the
time of discharge with all the necessary documents.
> Patients are not allowed to be diacharge / leave the Hospital without paying the bill.
> Incase of enquiry / problems regarding the Hospital Billing Process, the Manager should be informed.
5. Diet / Food Services:
> For patients and patients attendant Hospital diet/food are available.
> Every patients admitted will be given Diet from the Hospital Kitchen.
> Breakfast can be ordered prior 8:00pm from the previous night and dinner can be ordered before 3:00pm.
> Diet taken by the patient will be included in the Hospital. Patient attendant can order food using coupon
which is available at the Cash Counter.
> Food ordered will be served by the Kitchen Staff. Incase of any problem the patient party can call intercom 888.
6. Hospital Facilities : Any problems related to Water,Television, Electric etc. complains can be submitted during
office hours at intercom no 781.
7. Fire & Safety - Smoke Detector and Fire Fighting System are installed inside the Hospital. If the Fire alarm
rings more than 2 times or incase of any problem, patients party will be noticed through the PA system
or are advised to use the Fire Exit.
